How long before I receive my order?
We will try to notify you within 24 hours and let you know if your order is in stock, if it is then it will ship within 2 business days.

Can I get an item that has been retired?
Only if we have it in stock, after collectibles are retired, they can not be reordered unless they are re-released at a later date.

How will my order be shipped?
Most Radko and Byers Caroler orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Oversized or very heavy orders are shipped insured UPS. Orders outside the US, are shipped standard USPS. 

If it is a gift, then can I ship to a different address and can I have it gift wrapped?
Yes, on the order form, you can request where your order should be shipped and to whom. We will include a card saying it is a gift from you and we will gladly gift wrap Byers Carolers and Radko ornaments at no extra charge. Simply put "please gift wrap" on the order form's instructions section.

How long before I receive my order?
We will try to notify you within 24 hours and let you know if your order is in stock, if it is then it will ship within 2 business days. If we have to special order your items, we will notify you. We will also check stock availability. Home fashions that are in stock usually ship from the company within 5 business days. Items that have to be custom made, because there is no current stock available, can take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

How are home fashions items shipped?
In stock items from The Ivy Trellis are shipped either USPS priority mail or by insured UPS. Orders drop shipped directly from the company are shipped via UPS and therefore you must provide a street address, not a Post Office box address. 

What if the item I'm looking for has been discontinued?
We will gladly check availability on any leftover stock for you and we will also check to see if any other manufacturer may offer that product. 

When are items discontinued?
Each company has a different timetable for their product discontinuation. Most Waverly discontinuations are done in December or January and again in July or August.
